It all starts with you growing as a brave and masterful leader. Strong leadership skills are cultivated with time and experience. Those skills have a lasting, effective and far-reaching impact. When the leader is clear about what it means to lead in their own unique, and collaborative way, they help to build confidence and trust in those they lead. The Brave Leadership Mastermind is for leaders who want to expand their leadership capacity and leadership impact. The mastermind will focus on how to lead with the head (knowledge and experience) and the heart (values, purpose, legacy, vision, connection). Participants may request an application for the next Brave Leader Master cohort. Leaders will be placed in role alike or role similar cohorts. Each cohort is limited to eight leaders and will run for six months meeting once a month for 90 minutes.
